The Firm
Nexus Associates Australia was established in July 2019 and operates from one office at Level 12/60 City Road, Southbank VIC 3006. The team consists of senior technology associates with decades of enterprise and cross-border delivery experience across Australia.
The firm operates as an independent advisor and is not tied to a single technology vendor. It holds no reseller margins, no vendor accreditations and no products of its own. Fees for advice and senior delivery are the only revenue.
The firm accepts a limited number of engagements at a time. Current availability is disclosed on request. Work is concentrated in Victoria and New South Wales, with engagements across Australia and for organisations entering Australia from the Asia-Pacific.
How to Engage
Defined reviews, roadmaps, vendor evaluations and second opinions. Typically four to eight weeks, fixed fee agreed before work starts.
Programme and architecture leadership inside a transformation. Six months to two years, named associates throughout.
Ongoing senior oversight of architecture, cost, risk and vendor performance, reported quarterly.
