Before You Write
The first conversation is with a senior associate, takes about an hour and is free. The firm states whether the work fits its practices, what an engagement would involve, and what it would cost to frame. Referrals are given where the work is not a fit.
Three outcomes are common: a written frame is proposed within the week; the work is referred to a named specialist; or the decision is not yet ready and a further conversation is scheduled for the next quarter. The firm does not follow up uninvited.
Written enquiries to services@nexusassociates.com.au are answered by an associate, usually within one business day.

Two pages: the decision, constraints, options and measure of success. No charge; approved before pricing.
Scope, named associates, timeline and fee against the frame. Fixed or staged; no time-and-materials.
The associate who scoped the work leads it to sign-off.
