Method

How the work runs.

Baseline: estate, spend, contracts and delivery history reviewed before recommendations are drafted.
Options: three to five options costed on three-year total cost of ownership, including team capability costs.
Recommendation: one preferred option with assumptions, risks and the conditions that would change it.
Presentation to executive and board included in the fee; delivery assurance optional.

How long is a roadmap engagement?

Four to eight weeks for most roadmaps; operating-model reviews run eight to twelve weeks.

Does the firm recommend against transformation?

Where the evidence supports stabilisation or deferral, the recommendation states this. Two engagements in the last year ended in a recommendation not to proceed.

How is the work priced?

Fixed fee against the written frame. Scope changes are re-framed and re-priced with client approval.
