Method

How the work runs.

Baseline: inventory, dependencies, costs and contracts. Undocumented integrations are recovered before architecture begins.
Target architecture signed off by client security, finance and operations before the first workload is built.
Wave plan with entry criteria, rehearsed rollback and a named business owner per wave.
Rehearsal against production data before cutovers that touch the general ledger or customer-facing services.

Common questions.

Is the firm an Azure or an AWS partner?

Neither. The firm holds no accreditations in either platform. Recommendations across recent engagements split close to evenly between the two.

When is multi-cloud justified?

Sovereignty obligations, acquisitions with an existing second platform, latency across regions, and negotiating leverage at scale. Otherwise single-platform architecture with rehearsed regional recovery is recommended.

Is residency more than region selection?

Yes. Access, disclosure, backup and disaster recovery paths, sub-processors and key custody all carry obligations. The firm's residency whitepaper sets out the decision points.
